A 5 Course Signature Buffet created especially for New Years Eve, served by waiting staff on individual plates, the 5 beautiful courses are popular main courses served in miniature. Example courses are
– Starter – Charcuterie
– Seafood Entrée – Salmon and Garlic Fondant Potato with Asparagus and Parma Ham
– Beef Entrée – Roast Beef served with Dauphinoise Potato, Carrot and Sweetcorn Puree and a homemade horseradish sauce
– Cheeseboard – A selection of west-country cheeses, crackers, pretzels, grapes and sweet chilli jam
– Dessert Cup – A cup of indulgence to finish, locally sourced ice-cream, profiterole, warm brownie, edible gold
